How to produce a bronze sculptures?

1. Design the sculpture or send us the photo.

2. Making a clay model or a wax model.

2. After client confirmed the model we will use the plaster or silicon model.

3. Put melted wax into the plaster model or silicon model.

3. Take out the wax to improve better effect.

4. The wax model outside put the silicon,making casting shells

5. Use electric stove make the shells hot then wax come out.

6. Casting melted brass or bronze as required

7. Weld the casted parts together

8. Improve details and polishing the surface

9. Patina the color to required color

10. Wax,to ensure the color last longtime.
